Ordering: You can order online using PayPal or Google Checkout. If you would prefer to use a check, please send us a message from our Contact Us page and
we will happily place your order.

Shipping and Handling: Except for Lapidary Equipment, we charge a flat rate of $5 shipping and handling for all orders regardless of the amount of your order. (It is definitely in your best financial interest to order lots!!) We will email you as soon as
we recieve your order with information regarding when the item will be
shipped. We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days and use the
U.S. Postal Service.

Return Policy: You may return any item in good condition for any reason
within 30 days for a full refund.. You may, of course, return a defective
item within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days or for repairs, please
contact us and we will do our best to keep you a happy customer.
